Creation of a coffee roastery with a café and workshop area in Mikołajów as part of a fundamental change in the overall production process within the ROJES Agnieszka Rojewska business.

The project involves transforming an existing building in Mikołajów into a coffee roastery with a café and workshop area.

Activities within the project include:
  1. Construction and installation work related to the reconstruction to create a coffee roastery with a café and workshop area.
  2. Implementation of eco-innovation solutions:
    • An ecological wastewater treatment plant with rainwater tanks, including a system for returning water from the  reatment plant and rainwater to the building, along with composters.
    • Ground-source heat pumps.
    • A photovoltaic installation with an energy storage system.
    • A reverse osmosis system.
    • A dishwasher with a dishwashing table and a heat recovery system.
  3. Purchase of fixed assets:
    • Furniture for the café and workshop area.
    • Office furniture.
    • Furniture for the roastery and warehouses.
    • A refrigeration cabinet.
    • A freezer.
Target groups:
  1. ROJES Agnieszka Rojewska
  2. Baristas participating in workshops/training sessions
  3. Tourists
  4. Residents of Mikołajów and the surrounding areas.
Project objectives:

The main goal of the project is a fundamental change in the
overall production process within my business, based on pro-ecological solutions and
innovations.

Direct objectives:

  • Creation of a coffee roastery with café and workshop facilities.
  • Creation of jobs – 2.1 FTE.
  • Implementation of pro-ecological solutions that will not only create the
    described space with maximum environmental neutrality but also minimize the operating costs of the business.
  • Introduction of a product innovation – a functional coffee-based beverage.
  • Business development, including increased revenue, entry into new markets,
    and gaining further competitive advantages..

The indirect goal is to contribute to the socio-economic transformation of the region.
