6 Reasons Why You Should Visit My Showroom: More Than Just Beans

This is truly the first showroom of its kind. Here, you don't just buy beans. You can also chat with me about how to brew them to make delicious coffee, even if the only professional coffee gear you have is a kettle 🙂 And there are plenty more reasons to visit!

  1. You’ll find delicious coffees tailored to your taste buds. You can pick beans from your favorite line right here. “White Sheep” is for fans of milky drinks and classic flavors. “Black Raven” is for those exploring new profiles of black coffees. “Black Sheep” offers quirky and edgy coffees. And “White Raven” was created for the most discerning palates. I can grind any coffee for you on my yellow EK43 for any brewing method. Do you prefer sheeps or ravens? Find out more by reading about each coffee category!
  2. Let’s meet live! I’m usually at the Showroom on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (closed on Tuesdays and Sundays). However, I occasionally travel for competitions and other adventures, so it’s best to check Google Maps for the latest opening days and hours, or follow @sheepandraven on stories where I announce any schedule changes. Drop by! You can ask me any coffee question you have, high five, or take a selfie. The address is: 3 Siedmiogrodzka Street (local U8) in Warsaw’s Wola district.
  3. You can take part in coffee events that I’m launching soon. There will be tastings and workshops. If you want to stay updated, subscribe to my newsletter.
  4. With a bit of luck, you might see me practicing for competitions, or doing cupping of new coffees to add to our offer.
  5. You can grab a super cool sheep and crow sticker or a seasonal postcard totally free and with no obligation.
  6. You can also rent this space or just look at many cool items with history and iconic designs. For example, a Halabala armchair, a Wioletta dresser from the 70s designed by Wacław Leśniewski, a Salak table, a drop lamp, Fameg stools, and some of my favorite trophies that also have quite interesting stories to tell. There are also photos from the construction of my “coffee village” in the Kłodzko Valley! You might also meet the newest member of the crew – my dog Rudy. He’s said to be very sweet (well, when he’s sleeping!). His breed, the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, loves scent work, trained with orange, cinnamon, and cloves – to me, that sounds like a flavor profile of some really tasty beans 😉

And why didn't I open a cafe but a coffee shop instead?

Mostly, I just don’t have the time right now. If I had a cafe, I’d want to be there all the time. Coffee at my place has to be “my way”. In Warsaw, where I’m currently based, there are many great spots, and I hope soon you’ll also be able to enjoy Sheep and Raven coffee at some of them. But will I never open a cafe? No! I plan to do so soon in the Kłodzko Valley, where a cafe is definitely missing. I hope to see you there too.
